Block B is “suing, or filing an injuction” against their company (BNS) because they have not been getting paid properly since April of ‘11.

Facts:

1. The CEO of Stardom took about 700,000 won from the members parents and disappeared with it.
2. They are suing as a group. This is suing against their company. They are all suing. They are all upset. They are not upset with each other. Disbandment has not been spoken of, only terminating their contract with BNS if they do not pay them their due regularly and what they owe them and their parents.
3. The company (including CEO and Cho PD) have not spoken out on this. Neither have other groups or artists under BNS.

Things that have not yet been confirmed 100% but are circulating:

1. They had little to none support from their company.
2. P.O paid for all their stage outfits, out of pocket.
3. Their staff worked for them using their own money.
4. The “$7” comment that struck the Thai scandal (IM SORRY GUYS THIS IS FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT TO KNOW I HATE THAT THIS IS BEING BROUGHT UP AGAIN TOO) was a jab at their company. Yes, this has been possibly going on for that long.

FAQ:

1. But what does other companies have to do with this?
     Fans are speculating where they should move to if their contract is terminated.
2. What is the “big three” people are referring too?
     The Big Three is just a nickname for the top three agencies: SM, YG, and JYP.
3. But Cho PD isn’t involved because he’s not the CEO that took money right?
     Nothing more has been confirmed on who is or is not actually involved. All we know is that Stardom was not paying, and Cho PD is a part of Stardom. Let your thoughts run.
4. What will happen if Block B terminates their contract?
     No one can know for sure.
5. Isn’t this what happened to JYJ/DBSK?
     Vaguely. 

I hope everyone now knows whats going on.. and that people don’t start bashing Block B now without knowing the facts! If anything is wrong feel free to correct, but this should be all correct information.

Staring down at the green tree vegetable before you it took all of your effort not to roll your eyes. Why did Jaehyo have to like broccoli when you detested it so much? Sometimes it was frustrating dating someone who loved everything that you hated…Shaking your head you moved to grab that cute bunny apron resting on it’s hook in your kitchen. Putting it on you went around your kitchen grabbing all the different ingredients and pans that you would need to cook. You decided to try out a new American recipe just for Jaehyo, and hopefully he would like it. If not, he was just going to have to deal with it! A look of determination ran across your face as you picked up the giant tree of broccoli and started to break it apart into smaller trees.

You were so caught up in breaking apart the broccoli that you didn’t hear the door to your apartment open up. Or the man that you’re making this for walk through the front to the kitchen. “What are you doing?” The sudden intrusion of another voice made you yelp and turn around. Facing the unknown person you had the big knife you were using ready to stab whoever it was. When you realized who it was you visibly relaxed and turned back around. “What does it look like I’m doing? Trying to make you food,” trying to mask the small whine that was in your voice. It was supposed to be a surprise for him, but looks like that wasn’t going to happen anymore.. Going back to work on the broccoli you almost jumped again when you felt arms circle around your waist.

“Thank you… You didn’t have to do something like this at all,” He said and kissed the top of your head. Smiling you kept cutting up the broccoli.

You sighed for about the fifth time in the past 30 minutes. Studying had such a toll on you sometimes. Pressing your fingers on the bridge of your nose you tried to get the headache that was coming on to go away. Pushing the chair away from the table you stretched your arms and let out a small yawn. Picking up the pocket watch attached to your necklace you opened it and looked at the time. “Is it always this hard to study for chemistry? ” You mumbled to yourself and sent a glare to the book sitting in front of you. You end up staring at the book and go off into your own little world. You wanted to get out of this place and go have fun, but this test that was coming up was important. If you didn’t get a good grade on it, you’d have to work even harder to get a good grade in the class.
You were so engrossed in your own thoughts that you didn’t hear the person coming up behind you. A hand reached out and tapped you on the shoulder, causing you to squeak and clasp a hand to your mouth. If you didn’t you know you would have screamed bloody murder. Turning around with daggers shooting out your eyes you were about ready to rip a new one into the person. You’re rendered speechless though, because standing right there is none other than Jihoon. A smile breaks out on your face and you leap up to give him a big hug. His arms instinctively wrap around you and he gives a little spin with you. When the spin is done he sets you down and you two pull apart. “What are you doing here? I thought you had a broadcast to do with your other members?” You ask and tilt your head to the side slightly. He grabbed your hand saying, “I did, but the recording finished early and I couldn’t think of anything to do except spend time with you.” He looked down at the table where your chemistry text book sat and added, “It seems like you’re busy though, I can leave if you need me to.” He started pulling away from you and moved to let go of your hand.
Before he could get away though you pulled him back with all your might into another hug. “No, I don’t want you to leave. I was just done studying.” You buried your head into his chest and gripped his shirt with one hand. “I’m glad you came here to see me. I want to spend time with you.” You weren’t able to see it, but Jihoon was smiling down at you. “Alright, I can stay with you, ” he said and kissed the top of your head.

The smell of coffee almost knocked you over when you entered the Starbucks. Walking over to the counter you quickly scanned the menu and told the person what you wanted. Paying quietly and moving over to wait for your drink you scanned the room.
It was weird being back in America and not in South Korea. You had to get used to all the American  customs you had forgotten over the years. Not to mention that you felt so lonely here, a lot of your friends had moved away to go to college. You were the only one that went abroad to study.
Studying abroad had been one of the worst and best things that could have happened to you. You had a hard time communicating with a lot of the friends you had back from the US, so you ended up losing them. If you hadn’t gone to Korea though, you never would have met him. Just thinking about him brought a smile to your lips.
You were thrown out of your thoughts when you heard someone call you name. Glancing around you found a worker holding up the drink that you ordered. Thanking them and taking it you moved to an empty table by the window. Looking out onto the street you watched as people walked by. You kind of wished that you were back in Seoul just so you could see him again. Paying no mind to the bell signaling that the door was opening you took another sip of your coffee.
You turned your head when you noticed that someone had sat in the seat across from you. Confusing knitted in your brow until it dawned on you who was sitting there. Without even thinking you blurted out,”K-Kyung! What are you doing here?” Shaking your head you were about to correct yourself and switch to Korean. He beat you to it though, speaking in that perfect english that you always seemed to forget he had, “I couldn’t just let you go to America without me. Besides, I missed you too much.”
The smile on your face threatened to kill your cheeks. It looked like this trip back home was going to be a lot better then you thought it would.

Hi everyone! This is admin Katy here. First, I just would like to say that I’m so sorry I’ve been so slow lately and not giving you all any scenarios. And I have a pretty good reason for it… Well, at least I’d like to think it’s a pretty good reason.

I’ve been burnt out with writing scenarios. I think it’s because of how much smut that I wrote for all of you. Before you all start thinking that I’m gonna stop, I’m not! I’ve just decided to go a different route for a little bit…

For a while I think that I want to try writing drabbles based on one word that people might like to send it. It’ll help get my creative juices flowing and everything. But I’m going to only do drabbles that don’t include smut.I think it’s good for me to branch out and do some other things besides smut right now. And I hope that you all can understand. ^^
